We know that adding photos to your property listing makes them nearly four times more likely to generate enquires - but if you want to take things a step further, why not add video too? One Upad landlord has done just that with a video posted on YouTube and linked from his Upad advert.
Now prospective tenants can take a look around the flat from the comfort of their own computer. It should save time for everyone on viewings, and hopefully have a bit of novelty value too. It won't be long before videos are an essential and expected part of marketing a property, but for now, the fact that few people make them should really help this flat to stand out.
Robert Soltanie of Best Property Company told us: "it’s great as a tool for marketing. It helps qualify leads. It’s such an obvious medium – it’s popular, so it makes sense to use it as a complementary marketing tool. I got the idea from Gumtree, where they have a section on the site for videos. I’d never seen a video posted, so I thought why not? I definitely think it’s the way forward in property marketing."
We agree!

This is a friend of mine who runs wheelchair-accessible holiday homes. It's a great example "how to show off your property" video.
