Not to blow our own trumpet, but... oh, okay then. We're pretty proud that the National Landlords Association has just chosen Upad as a Recognised Supplier, the first lettings agent to have that honour.
The NLA say: "With life as a landlord often being a challenge, especially in the current climate, the partnership with all our NLA Recognised Suppliers has never been so important. Each applicant is subject to a vetting procedure before being accepted onto the scheme giving you confidence that each supplier is a reputable business you can trust!"
You can see us and the other recognised suppliers on the NLA website.

Now you are doing great things for landlords; have you thought about using the same business model for selling properties etc.
If I was a potential purchaser/seller of a property and I could register my property on all the selling websites for the same sort of fee structure I would do so thereby saving myself thousands of pounds.
How about taking on the estate agents with your business model.
It works well for lettings; there really is no difference with buying and selling property.
This as all you are doing is putting people in touch with eachother regarding mutual circumstances.
