It’s cheaper to buy than rent in 74% of Britain, research claims.

Recent media reports based on research by Zoopla this week have said that it’s cheaper to buy, rather than rent, in three-quarters of the country. They compared 2 bed properties in 50 places up and down Britain. Interestingly though, they also note that this is only likely to remain the case whilst interest rates remain low.
