Rents continue to rise in England

For the sixth consecutive month, rents rose across the country and reached a new high, according to the July Buy-to-Let Index produced by LSL Property services. London saw the highest rises but some areas did suffer some decreases. Estate agents' boards have been banned in much of West London as Hammersmith & Fulham and Kensington & Chelsea councils have outlawed For Sale, To Let and Sold boards from 23 conservation areas.
