Full Property Management

Our full property management service includes:

  • Arranging safety checks for any gas or portable electrical appliances
  • Advising utility providers and council tax authorities of tenancy start and end dates
  • Receiving and dealing with maintenance requests
  • Recording and payment of expenditure

as well as rent collection:

  • Setting up standing order
  • Recording rental receipts
  • Chasing arrears
  • Payment made to landlord

A property float of £350 will be maintained to cover unanticipated items of expenditure which occur between rental receipts. Expenditure under £250 may be entered into at the sole discretion of Upad. Any expenditure above that threshold will require landlord authority.

A monthly fee of £60 (+ VAT) throughout the term of tenancy agreement will be deducted from the rental income.
