On average, our landlords get 15 tenants enquiring about each property advertised. All you need to do is show them round.

Full Property Management

Forget about 3am calls from tenants and dealing with workmen. We'll provide a full management service for your rental property, covering gas and electrical safety checks, dealing with utility providers and maintenance requests, as well as rent collection and dealing with any arrears. £60 + VAT pcm.

Get all the paperwork complete, with no stress for you. We'll deal with referencing and credit-checking your tenant, plus drawing up the tenancy agreement and registering the deposit. £175 + VAT per tenancy.

Don't want to deal with all the hassle of managing your property?
Then why not use our property management service. This covers:
  • Arranging safety checks in relation to any gas or portable electrical appliances
  • Advising utility providers and council tax authorities of tenancy start and end dates
  • Receiving and dealing with maintenance requests
  • Recording and payment of expenditure

As well as those within our Rent Collection service:
  • Setting up standing orders
  • Recording rental receipts
  • Chasing arrears
  • Paying landlords

A property float of £350 will be maintained to cover unanticipated items of expenditure which occur between rental receipts. Expenditure under £250 may be entered into at the sole discretion of upad. Any expenditure above that threshold will require landlord authority.

All for just a monthly fee of £60 (+ vat) throughout the term of tenancy agreement, deducted from the rental income.
