Full Property Management
Forget about 3am calls from tenants and dealing with workmen. We'll provide a full management service for your rental property, covering gas and electrical safety checks, dealing with utility providers and maintenance requests, as well as rent collection and dealing with any arrears. £60 + VAT pcm.

Get all the paperwork complete, with no stress for you. We'll deal with referencing and credit-checking your tenant, plus drawing up the tenancy agreement and registering the deposit. £175 + VAT per tenancy.

Upad Rent Collection
If you don’t want the hassle of collecting the rent from your tenants, or would rather someone else managed collating payments and dealing with arrears, you need Upad’s rent collection service.We’ll set up a Standing Order for your new tenants, check payments are received on time and contact your tenants in the event of any late payments. We can issue the relevant legal notices to your tenants if arrears persist.
Payments are transferred to your bank account with a clear reference to let you know which property they belong to. Our £20 +VAT monthly fee is deducted directly from the rental payments before they’re passed on to you.
If your new tenant is moving in a hurry, we can take rental payments by debit card over the phone and pass on those payments to you; there’s no need to wait for bank cheques or money transfers.
All money collected is protected by Client Money Protection Insurance, so that both you and your tenants can be assured that your rent is held safely and securely.
