UK’s largest online letting agent, Upad, needs amazing people to help us with our rapid expansion. Our combination of fair pricing, great customer service and delivery has landlords joining us in their thousands, and we aren’t stopping here.

Account Managers
Our updated version of a traditional Lettings Manager. You’ll be working with our landlords all day and they’ll love you. You’re helping them save money and let their properties in a brand new way. You’ll need to know lettings backwards and be able to sell. You’ll encourage landlords to use the full range of Upad services, but more importantly you’ll inspire them to become massive Upad advocates. You’ll be managing staff, helping them to become as good as you are.
Account Executives
If your ambition is to stay in estate agency for good, this isn’t for you. You’ll be taking on a junior version of the AM role above. We’ll teach you how to work with customers and all about lettings. More than that, you’ll learn about business on a large-scale equipping you to work with great brands across any sector… not just another estate agency.
Tenant Executives
You’ll be helping tenants find their perfect home. We receive thousands of tenant enquiries every week and want to make sure they all have a great experience. You’ll be working on the phone, but we don’t have a call-centre environment. We’re flexible on times and you can work part-time if you need to. You’ll need to be available at least one day over the weekend.
Web Developer
Upad needs another nerd, solving problems and writing code! Our shiny new Upad technology platform has been built to scale, but now it’s time to evolve. You’ll be a PHP web specialist with 3-4 years commercial PHP and MySql experience. You’ll be working on front end and back end projects so an ability to create well laid intuitive UI using CSS and Javascript is essential. Our lead developer is passionate about OOP and common design patterns, so you should be too.
Freelance PPC Analyst
Do you know Google Adwords backwards? We have a broad range of interesting campaigns in process and need some help one day a week (office-based).
