TENANCY AGREEMENT
Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement (AST) prepared for you and your tenant to your specifications. We can organise signing by both parties if required.
When you order your AST, your account manager will contact you by phone to confirm the exact details required for the contract.
If you have specific requirements for inclusion, we can normally include those (subject to legal restraints, of course).
We'll draw up the contract and send you a draft to check over.
Once you're happy, we'll organise signing by both tenant and landlord, making sure that both parties have signed copies as quickly as possible.
Do you do a Scottish tenancy agreement?
Yes, we do; if the address of the property is in Scotland, we'll automatically organise Scottish paperwork for you. Otherwise our ASTs are valid in England & Wales.
How long will it take?
