Everything you need to sign up your next tenant.
- Once you've found the tenant you want, let us know their contact details. We'll start the referencing.
- Your account manager will contact you to discuss details of the tenancy agreement required.
- Once referencing is complete, we'll collect the first month's rent and deposit, and set up a standing order for subsequent rent payments.
- We'll register the deposit with MyDeposits.
How many tenants can be included?
The tenancy sign up pack includes referencing for one tenant. If you have more tenants on your tenancy agreement, they can be referenced at the same time: just add in as many references as you need. Up to four tenants can be included on the tenancy agreement.
Can I add on advertising as well?
You need The Full Package, which includes professional marketing and advertising as well as everything in the Tenant Sign Up Pack.
