To Let Board
'To Let' boards are a great, inexpensive way to increase local interest in your property. Not only do our bold and bright Upad boards grab tenants' attention. They contain contact details so interested tenants can call us 7 days a week to ask about your property. They really work!
We can have a board outside your property in a matter of days, and when you're new tenants move in, we'll come and take it away again. Simple.

- If your property is already listed with us, click on 'ORDER A TO LET BOARD' and choose the property you'd like it erected outside of. Unfortunately you can't order a to let board if you aren't using the Upad listing service, it's purely an add-on.
- Click 'Checkout', approve your Billing details and proceed to payment. A to Let Board is just £29+vat.

- We will send you an invoice for your tax records.
- We'll arrange delivery of the board straight away. It will be delivered and erected outside your house in 5-7 days.
- Once your property is let, we'll arrange to come and take it away within 2 weeks.
