Upad: Let us know who you’ve picked
Once you’ve chosen your tenants we will comprehensively reference them at no cost to you and only £75 (£62.50 + VAT) charged to the tenant (cost per tenant). They don’t pay any other ‘admin fees’ to us.
When your tenants pass referencing, we’ll line all the paperwork up. That means drawing up a tenancy agreement for you and your tenants to sign, taking the tenants’ deposit and registering it with one of the government-approved schemes, collecting the first month’s rent for you and finally setting up the tenants’ monthly rent standing order mandate. And remember our fees are fixed – no renewal fees or extra admin fees for you or your tenants.
