Write your ad. Our experts will then check that it has all the information the ad should have and is legal. Remember you can make changes to your ad at any time online via your landlord console. If you need any help, call us on 0333 240 1220.

Upad: Photos

We’ll take professional photos of your property and create a floorplan, then add them to your advert.

Landlord: Get ready for enquiries

Just a few hours after your ad is approved it’ll be on all the UK’s main property portals, including Rightmove and Zoopla. Set aside time in your diary for viewings so you can book tenants in.

Landlord: Respond quickly

As soon as enquiries come in via email or phone from us, get back to them. This will give you a big advantage over those slow moving letting agents on the high street.

Landlord: Choose your tenant

The viewings are done and you’ve got a shortlist – time to tell the successful applicants.

Upad: Let us know who you’ve picked

Once you’ve chosen your tenants we will comprehensively reference them at no cost to you and only £75 (£62.50 + VAT) charged to the tenant (cost per tenant). They don’t pay any other ‘admin fees’ to us.

Upad: Paperwork

When your tenants pass referencing, we’ll line all the paperwork up. That means drawing up a tenancy agreement for you and your tenants to sign, taking the tenants’ deposit and registering it with one of the government-approved schemes, collecting the first month’s rent for you and finally setting up the tenants’ monthly rent standing order mandate. And remember our fees are fixed – no renewal fees or extra admin fees for you or your tenants.
