Complaints Procedure

It's very important to us that concerns are dealt with in a fast and effective way. If you have any issues with the service you've received, please follow these steps:

Speak to your Account Manager

In order that your concerns are addressed as efficiently as possible we ask that you first raise the issues verbally with your Account Manager.

Please call and ask to speak with the Customer Service Manager

Your complaint will be handled by our Department Manager who will aim to resolve your issue within the same day.

Please call us and ask to speak with a member of our Senior Management

Your complaint will be handled by a member of our Senior Management Team who investigate the issue and will aim to resolve your issue within three working days.

Refer the matter to the Ombudsman

All complaints will be responded to via the telephone
