What should you do next?
- Step 1: Click on 'ORDER A FLOOR-PLAN' to get started. We’ll need your property details, so if you haven’t given them to us in the past you’ll need to add them. If you have, simply log into your account and tell us which property needs a floor-plan.
- Step 2: Once you are happy with the details of your order, click 'Checkout' and approve your Billing details before proceeding to payment. A floor-plan is just £80+vat for you to use again and again.

- Step 1: We will send you a receipt for your tax records, and arrange for a floor-plan artist to call you to book at appointment to visit your property.
- Step 2: Once the floor-plan has been created, we will add this to your online listing and email you a printable copy which is yours to keep and use as you wish.
The whole process takes two to three days depending on our access to your property and we should be able to get someone out to your property tomorrow. Once your floor-plan is on your listing, we'll keep in touch with you to discuss how your advert is performing.
