How Do I Start Referencing and How Long Does it Take?

You can instruct referencing on your online dashboard and we will keep you up to date with the progress. The time referencing takes is very subjective as we are reliant on the tenants' employer and previous landlord providing a reference for them. We advise allowing for 3 to 5 working days for referencing to be completed.
