How does it work?

  1. After signing up Upad will collect personal information from both landlord and tenant
  2. The tenant accepts the direct debit agreement
  3. Both landlord and tenant will receive a notification that direct debit is in place
  4. Tenants are notified 3 days before rent collection is due
  5. Funds are transferred into the landlord's account on time
