As soon as references have been secured for your new tenants, phone us on 0333 240 1220 (we’re open seven days a week) or click one of the ‘Order Tenant Sign Up Service’ buttons on this page.
Landlord: Tenancy agreement
We will send you a questionnaire to help create your bespoke tenancy agreement including both standard clauses and a few common extras (such as whether pets are allowed). Then one of our ARLA-qualified landlord team will send you and your tenants the copies to review and sign. This is all done using email and e-signature to save time and hassle. Our tenancy agreements are approved by ARLA.
Upad: Deposit registration
It is a legal requirement to protect your tenant’s deposit. We’ll contact your tenants, collect the deposit and register it with TDS, which is one of the government-approved schemes. All the required documentation will be included in your tenancy agreement. Read more about deposit protection
Upad: Rent collection
We’ll collect the first month’s rent from your tenants and ensure it’s paid into your bank account. Also, we’ll set up a standing order mandate so every month the rent is paid on time.
